In most cases, yes. We carry common fittings and repair materials so urgent pipe repairs can often be completed on the first visit.
Can you help if my boiler pressure keeps dropping?
Yes. A pressure drop can be caused by a boiler fault, radiator valve, pipework leak or hidden central heating leak. We check the obvious causes first and then advise the next step.
Do you provide trace and access leak help?
Yes. We can help trace the source, explain where access is needed and carry out plumbing repairs. If you are speaking with an insurer, take photos and keep notes from the visit.
Can you help with leaks in shared pipework?
Yes. We work with shared risers, communal pipework and managed blocks. We can also speak with building managers where access is needed.
Will you need to damage walls or floors?
Only if it is necessary. We look for the most targeted access point and explain it before any opening-up work starts.
